It is an automated continuous production process of GRP profiles, which allows obtaining any type of longitudinal profile with a magnificent surface finish and a high percentage of fiberglass. The piece is preformed starting from a series of reinforcing fabrics and threads. These after being impregnated with the polymer matrix is ​​passed through the mold, in which it is polymerized, thus obtaining the desired profile. In this process, great mechanical resistance is achieved with an excellent surface finish.
